Orders will be delivered in 2 – 7 working days, depending on the country of destination, after the production period stated on product description.
All goods are dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
We will notify the costumer with a real-time notification via email and an SMS to advise that the order is on its way.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or in transit packaging.
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and charges will be applied. The payment of these taxes is necessary to release the order from customs on arrival.
The buyer is responsible for paying these costs which will be calculated by local customs offices once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.
If the shipment is refused, return costs and any other cost related (including duties) will be charged to the costumer.
