The return of the purchased item must take place within 10 days from the delivery date, if the following conditions are fully respected:
• The products must not have been used, damaged or washed;
• Identification tags must be attached to the garment;
• The products must be returned in their original intact packaging.

Please indicate in the email the order number found on the order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails and the reason for your request.
If the return is accepted, we will send instructions on where to send the package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unless the item is faulty, the costs of returning it to us is customer’s responsibility.
We offer two return modalities:
• Via our courier with home collection. A cost of 7,50€ will be applied in addition to shipping costs;
• Via courier chosen by the customer.
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is faulty or damaged.
We may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs, to assess the issue. We will provide further instructions on returning the product and may offer a replacement or a refund, including the return shipping costs.
Any request for cancellation of a made-to-order item must be made within 24 hours of order time with written notice to info@lutchmiah.com.
Any cancellation that does not respect these deadlines will be rejected.
As soon as we have received and inspected the return, we will notify the customer by email to let him know whether the refund has been approved or not.
If accepted, the refund will automatically be made to the original payment method within 10-20 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
The costumer will receive an email notification of the status of the refund once processed.
When returning items from non-EU countries, import duties and customs charges may apply when the parcel reaches its destination country.
Customers must take charge of them and they will be deducted from the refund related to the return.
